GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions of sale of Öko-Pharma OÜ e-store (hereinafter: e-store) (hereinafter: terms and conditions) are valid when purchasing from Öko-Pharma OÜ e-store from the Internet address https://www.okopharma.com/muugitingimused. 1.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms and conditions by publishing the new terms and conditions on the Internet address https://www.okopharma.com/en/muugitingimused. If the customer placed the order before the changes to the terms came into force, the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relationship between the customer and the seller.
1.3. Before making a purchase, the customer can save, print and, if necessary, reproduce the terms and conditions, and the customer agrees with the provisions of the terms and conditions when making a purchase from the e-store.
1.4. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia applies to making a purchase from the e-store.
PLACING AN ORDER
2.1. Orders can be submitted in the Öko-Pharma OÜ e-shop either by logging in as a customer or as a guest.
2.2. The customer selects the desired goods from the e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart.
2.3. Each item in the shopping cart is booked separately for 60 minutes. During the discount rally period for 20 minutes.
2.4. The customer chooses the method and place of delivery of the order.
2.5. The customer confirms the shopping cart and pays for the goods in the payment environments offered by the seller. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information provided in the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual request.
2.6. After paying for the goods, the customer must click on the link “Back to the merchant”.
2.7. The seller sends a confirmation and invoice to the customer by e-mail regarding the receipt of the order and payment.
2.8. The sales contract between the Seller and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the purchase amount paid by the customer in full to the Seller’s current account.
PRICE OF GOODS, PAYMENT OPTIONS
3.1. All prices of goods sold in the Öko-Pharma e-store are indicated in euros and include VAT.
3.2. The customer pays the sale price of the goods and the delivery fee in full in advance for the order. Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.
3.3. If the Customer does not choose to pick up the ordered goods in Tallinn himself, the delivery price of the goods will be added to the sales price in accordance with clause 4 of the sales conditions.
3.4. The goods can be paid for in the ways shown in the online environment of the Öko-Pharma e-store. A service fee may be added to the cost of the order in accordance with the agreement concluded between the customer and the issuer of the bank or credit card.
4.Receipt of goods
4.1. The goods can be ordered using the Omniva parcel machine or the Omniva courier service to the address indicated by the customer.
4.2.1. Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the customer service the next day after the sales contract enters into force. Goods purchased from Friday to Sunday will arrive at the customer service no later than on the Tuesday following the entry into force of the sales contract.
4.2.2. The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused to the Customer if, for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, third parties have received a copy of the invoice or a unique order number and the goods have been received on the basis thereof.
4.3.Receipt of goods from the parcel machine
4.3.1. Upon delivery of the goods to the Omniva parcel machine chosen by the customer, a delivery fee of 2.99 € will be added to the price of the goods. If the cost of the order exceeds 79 €, the delivery fee will not be added.
4.3.2. Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the parcel machine the next day after the sales contract enters into force. Goods purchased from Friday to Sunday will arrive at the parcel machine no later than on the Tuesday following the entry into force of the sales contract. The parcel will arrive at Saaremaa and Hiiumaa parcel machines within 3 working days as of the entry into force of the sales contract.
4.3.3. The customer is notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS message, which contains a unique door code for opening the parcel machine door.
4.3.4. The seller is not liable for the damage caused to the customer if, for reasons beyond the control of the seller, third parties have received a unique code of the parcel machine and the goods have been received on the basis thereof.
4.3.5.If the customer has not received the goods from the parcel machine after the deposit period, the seller considers that the customer has canceled the order and the seller returns the purchase amount to the customer immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days to the same current account.
4.4.Receipt of goods by courier
4.4.1. If you choose OmnivaKULLER for delivery of the goods, the delivery fee of 3.99 € will be added to the price of the goods. If the cost of the order exceeds € 200, the delivery fee will not be added.
